Yes, we have different reservation forms.
1.- Through the reservations section of this website

Yes, immediately after booking through the website, a proof of payment will be sent with all the details of the reservation.
Likewise, if you make the payment via electronic transfer, you will be asked to enter a reservation registration section.
And you will be sent a RESERVATION FORM format, which will contain the information of the guide and information of the unit that will pick up you and your group on the day of the contracted tour.

Yes, it is possible to make changes to the reservation. As long as it is 24 hours prior to the contracted tour. Otherwise you would have to make a new reservation.
If the change is only to add an additional participant. It can be added with a period of 12 hours in advance of the tour. Through the Call center.

Yes, it is possible to cancel a tour at any time, but the CANCELLATION POLICY must be respected.
If we are 24 hours before the start of the tour, the tour date can be canceled or rescheduled. In case of cancellation, a 100% refund of the payment for the contracted tour will be made.
If you are less than 24 hours before the tour, the tour may be cancelled, however no type of refund could be applied.
NOTE: In case of bad weather, we can reschedule the tour to nearby dates, that is, the next day and no more than 5 calendar days.
